STARTER
Italian mixed salad with the pizza slice of your choice:
Marinara – This pizza is topped with a seafood mixture of shrimp, mussels and squid rings
or
Florentine – A pizza topped with sliced hard-cooked eggs on freshly cooked spinach with a pinch of nutmeg. 
A topping of bread crumbs and almonds give this pizza an extra crunch

MAIN COURSE
Pizzaiola with a choice of chicken breast or pork loin chop
A Neapolitan sauce, using Italian red tomatoes so abundant in this area, tops your 
choice of meat served alongside rosemary potatoes accompanied by a mix of
Italian vegetables.

Breaded eggplant with rosemary potatoes and Italian vegetables

DESSERT
Pear tart with a slice of Sicilian ricotta ice cream and a waffle roll  
In this recipe from Trentino, this popular Italian fruit is flavoured with almonds, cinnamon, raisins and apricot jam, baked in an open tart with a sweet soft textured pastry shell. Ice cream, which is always a popular traditional Italian dessert, is served alongside the pear tart.

Alongside this Valentine’s dinner we offer freshly baked sundried tomato bread, coffee and tea.
